Singapore Delivery
Overjoyed currently offers free delivery for every $100.00 worth of goods purchased. However in the case where your order does not make up to $100.00 dollars or more, then there will be a standard delivery option of 5-7 working days, for a single fee of $15.00.
Please be aware however that certain goods usually larger items, will be dispatched directly from the vendor. As such these items may incur greater delivery charges and longer waiting times.
Overjoyed currently does not offer worldwide delivery services.
Returns and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order placed with Overjoyed.com please return the confirmation email to us; stating your wish to cancel the order or phone our customer service team on 6753 3886 (Singapore only). 9am – 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 6pm Sunday.
Please note we are closed on all public holidays.
If you your order has already been dispatched then the item will have full return instructions in the packaging. Please be aware for reasons of hygiene certain items are non-returnable. For more information please refer to our online Terms & Conditions.
Return of any items will be subject to Overjoyed terms and conditions.

Whilst Overjoyed normally guarantees delivery within 5-7 working days; please be advised that during the busy holiday period there may be delays in fulfilling your order.
