The decisions of the arbitrators shall be binding and conclusive upon all parties involved and judgment upon any award of the arbitrators may be entered by any court having competent jurisdiction. This provision shall be specifically enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that The Overjoyed may at any time and without notice change the terms, conditions and notices under which this Site is offered.You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and Overjoyed as a result of this agreement or your use of this Site.
Overjoyed's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Overjoyed's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by Overjoyed with respect to such use.
